I married the bad boy from Brooklyn.
The one with the tattoos and the look in his eyes that told me he was bad news.
The look that comes with all sorts of warnings.
I knew what I was doing.
I knew by the way he put his hands on me; how he owned me with his forceful touch.
I couldnât say no to him, not that I wanted to. That was then, and it seems like forever ago.
Years later, Iâve grown up and moved on. But heâs still the man I married. Dangerous in ways I donât like to think about. Sexy as sin, he attracts all the wrong kinds of temptations.
The kind that lands a couple like us in the gossip columns.
The kind thatâs unforgivable.
The kind that splits up marriages.
I did this to myself. I knew better than to love him.
And now Iâm fucked.
I married the bad boy from Brooklyn. And I donât know how to survive this.
Willow Winters is so happy to be a USA Today, Wall Street Journal and #1 Contemporary Bestselling Romance Author. She likes her action hot and her bad boys hotter. She certainly doesnât hold back on either one in her writing!
Willow started writing after having her little girl, Evie, December 2015. All during her pregnancy with Evie she continued to read and she only wanted to read romance. She was reading a book a day â sometimes two.
In January 2016 Willow was staying up late with Evie and just thinking of all these stories. They came to her constantly so she finally sat down and just started writing. She always wanted to do it so she figured, why not? Today Willow cannot be happier for making that decision!

Title: Forget You Not
A Reclusive Novel
Author: Harloe Rae
Release Date: September 27, 2017
Blurb
Destiny is bogus and fate is fake.
Everything happens for a reason?
Whatever.
I gave up on my fairy tale years ago.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not settling for less.
All my energy gets poured into a job I love rather than dead end relationships.
Men aren't even a blip on my radar these days.
Who needs them?
Except to scratch the occasional itch, I'm not interested in anything they have to offer.
If so-called Cupid ever comes knocking on my door, I'll be waiting with my flying pig because happily ever after doesn't exist.
I've become a jaded disbeliever and my main reason just sauntered into the bar.
Rowen Sworr is the only arrow that pierced my heart, and dammit, he stuck.
His random reappearance is a complicated twist from that meddling matchmaker I didn't see comingâ¦
Forget You Not is the second interconnected-standalone in the Reclusive Novel Series.
Excerpt
The memory of that one seemingly special afternoon crosses my mind occasionally but itâs become almost second nature to immediately shove those thoughts away. The ink on my wrist suddenly itches, like the needle is piercing into me all over again. I suppose there will always be a reminder of my foolish heartâat least until I cover it up permanently.
Iâve convinced myself over the years that Rowen wasn't the one. But after meeting him, I became even more determined to find the right guy for me. Looking back on it now, there are a lot of similarities between his vanishing act and when my father abandoned me. Perhaps thatâs why I took Rowenâs disappearance so hard back then. More recently, I've let the idea of him, and all that other fluffy love shit, lose potency. Iâd been determined to move on with my life and forget about the ridiculous pipe dream I once held onto so tightly. The significance of what Rowen represented faded further with each passing season.
I'd almost tricked myself into believing he'd been a figment of my imagination, but seeing Rowen againâright in front of my effing faceâI know he's freaking real. My erratic heartbeat and other uncontrollable physical reactions are evidence enough. The exponential spike in my pulse is like a high-voltage shock from the fences meant to keep horses corralled.
So yeah, thereâs really no denying it. Even after all this time, and the differences in his appearance, I recognize Rowen immediately.
