Review ~Vanished was one of my highly anticipated reads and after reading it, I can say that T.K. Leigh once again surpassed my expectations. Of course I never doubted that she was capable of it, but I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was immediately captivated from just the prologue and couldn’t wait to continue reading. There are so many plot twists and turns that will keep you on edge. At times it was very tense, suspenseful, & emotional. You’ll definitely get more than you expected! Often times I found myself theorizing what would happen next, and every time I thought I knew what would happen next, I was completely wrong. Given the circumstances of all the events that happened to both Alexander and Olivia, I loved the way that we are able to witness the love that they share for each other as well as their daughter Melanie. I was impressed with Alexander even though I preferred the alpha side of him better. At first it was kind of hard for me to see this side of him, but eventually he grew on me and I enjoyed that he was able to get over all the lies and deception that Olivia hid from him. Overall, I loved everything about Vanished and not once did I lose interest. The writing flowed perfectly and T.K. Leigh once again delivered another amazing suspenseful thriller! The only downfall is that this is the end of Mr. Burnham, and I'm not sure I'm ready for that, but this is one book that I recommend to everyone, and I look forward to reading more from T.K. Leigh! |
